Group therapy is often a treatment of choice for clients who will make gains in therapy through interaction with others in a safe, confidential environment. Self-awareness, emotional growth, and improved relationships are often enhanced by the process of interpersonal interaction offered in group therapy. Members in group often give and receive feedback about themselves and others.
